Book a 1-2-1 appointment at one of our showrooms to discuss final requirements and design options. This is where you can see and touch the products!
When you choose to go ahead you will receive the Pre-Survey Contract to sign and pay the initial 25% deposit.
Your Product Specialist will hand you over to the Survey Team who will guide you and your builder/architect through the survey process, ahead of ordering your products with the factory.
A Post Survey Contract and corresponding Survey documents will be issued to you for approval ready for the order to be sent to the factory
Once the documents are e-signed you will be issued an invoice for the 2nd 25% deposit.
1-2 weeks after the order is placed with the factory we will receive a delivery date from the factory which our Installations Team will then use to determine the best Installation date for your project
2-3 weeks prior to the installation of your windows and doors our Pre-Site Manager will visit your project to check all openings are ready for installation and determine access routes and discuss any other matters.
1-2 weeks prior to your installation, your 47.5% Site Arrival Payment invoice will be issued which is due for payment on or before the morning of installation
Our Installers and your windows and Doors will arrive on the morning of the 1st day of Installation, our installers will carry out the installation to the highest standard keeping you informed of the process along the way.
Once the installation is complete, the Installation Team Manager will carry out an audit on the installation with you checking all items and providing instruction on how to use your windows and doors which will then be signed off by you and the Team Manager.
Your installation is complete and your 2.5% Final Balance Invoice is sent to you for payment, following this your warranty documents are issued.
Once it’s all finished, it’s time to enjoy your new windows and doors. Don’t forget to send us a picture as we might like to feature your home in a paid case study.
